[attr="class","jaybody"] when the sun stretches higher in the sky, jayden decides to put his work laptop away and instead pulls out the lunch that he'd prepared earlier. it's a very simple turkey sandwich, so devestatingly simple that he was sure that it would make fern delaney disappointed in him. but jayden liked simplicity.

[break][break] as he chewed on the cured meat, he pulled out a small notepad. in it had a series of various numbers and diagrams, most of which seemed fairly nonsensical to the average eye. in reality, they were numbers on the current state of wyndon pharma, and how they had been faring last quarter. it had been good to open up more stores in other cities, but they had taken a disparity when they'd tried to launch their latest product. it would set them back a few weeks.

[break][break] he reached for the sword and sure enough, the pokemon's soul-sucking cloth wrapped around his wrist, binding him to it.

[attr="class","jaybody"] he releases the honedge from it's containment shortly after it's capture to observe it. the pokemon seems just as curious of jayden, just as it wraps it's cloth around him in a fierce grip.

[break][break] the admin was more than familiar with the sensation of pain associated with the grip. his hand curls around the hilt of the blade, observing the sliver of metal that gleamed beneath the sun's surface. as he explored it, the bushes shuffled behind him and he witnissed an unusual figure creep out from underneath it.

[break][break] energy glowed around the hilt of the blade and jayden leaped forward, discarding his papers to attack the tinkaton. a METAL CLAW clashed against steel, just as jayden kicked the hilt of his boot against the smaller pokemon's hard exterior — harder than he expected it to be. a SHADOW SNEAK follows shortly after before jayden thrusts a pokeball to ensure it's capture.
